WHAT IF WE TOOK A BREAK AND DID NOTHING FOR A MOMENT?

In her book Do Nothing: How to Break Away from Overworking, Overdoing, and Underliving, author Celeste Headlee challenges the present-day thinking that every move we make should be in pursuit of financial or personal gain. She counters, “What if we all just took a little break?” Hmm. A good thought – right? To purchase the book and jump into living your best life right now, click here.
